140 Years of Creativity
The First Coffee Roastery in Greece, celebrates its 140th anniversary soon.
The journey of Manolikakis coffee began in 1886 when Konstantinos M. Manolikakis , a pioneer of his time, imported coffee from Brazil to supply Crete’s market for decades.
Two generations of creativity and entrepreneurship followed (see our exciting History at the dedicated section).
A century later, his grandson Kostis S. Manolikakis takes over the family business and creates a pioneering coffee roastery in Heraklion Industrial Zone (VI.PE.). At the same time, he expands the horizons of Wholesale Trade, leading to a new prosperous era.
Today, the fifth generation of Manolikakis family follows this thriving path:
In 2022, establishes a brand-new Coffee Production site, equipped with cutting-edge technology and design.
At the same time, develops a specialized Technical Support and Training Department to provide customer services.
Moreover, enhances the operation of the existing Logistics & Distribution Center with sustainable interventions, grows in reliable commercial Partnerships and supplies Chania and Rethymno prefectures, from VIO.PA Chania Souda Headquarters.

Graduate of the Athens University of Economics and Business (ASOEE). He served as Chairman and CEO of the company from 1988 to 2024.
Master Roaster
Graduate Environmental Engineer from the Technical University of Crete and owner of café businesses. He worked in the catering industry for over 10 years. He has been involved with Specialty coffee since 2016, specializing in Coffee Roasting.
Green Coffee Buyer, R&D Manager
MSc University College London (UCL) and Urban Planning Engineer, University of Thessaly graduate. She has held a SCA Coffee Diploma since 2017 and has been serving high quality coffee since.
